“Inside the Industry” pulls back the curtain on film, television, music, fashion, sports, and digital culture, spotlighting the creatives, executives, and tastemakers driving today’s entertainment landscape.
The new series premieres in April, with new episodes released every Wednesday.
Through candid, in-depth interviews, each episode explores personal career journeys, current projects, and the realities of navigating both the business and creative sides of the industry.
Hosted by NAACP Talent Director Ariana Drummond, Inside the Industry spotlights a dynamic range of voices from across the entertainment ecosystem — including publicists and PR executives, writers, directors, producers, actors, influencers, digital creators, fashion designers, athletes, and industry leaders redefining what it means to build and sustain a career in entertainment today.
The series will feature notable guests such as actor Algee Smith, Executive Producer Devon Franklin, Director, Mario Van Peebles and All American showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll.
The podcast aims to serve as both a resource and a source of inspiration for aspiring creatives and professionals, while also offering seasoned industry insiders a platform to reflect on their journeys and share knowledge with the next generation.
